During an inspection in response to concerns

The people we spoke to were very satisfied with the care and treatment they received from the Newbury Slimming Clinic. They told us that Dr. Schiff was easy to talk to and very approachable. They felt they were given enough information about diet management and that the risks of taking appetite suppressants were adequately explained to them. They also told us they could contact Dr. Schiff outside of clinic hours if they had any questions.
