This service is a domiciliary care agency. It provides personal care to people living in their own homes. Not everyone using the service received support with personal care. The agency supported some people with companionship and social activities. The service provides support for younger and older adults. At the time of our assessment, 2 people were receiving support with personal care.
The assessment included a visit to the service on 22 July 2025.
This is the first assessment of this service which was registered with CQC on 23 January 2023.
Following this assessment, the service has been rated good.
The provider assessed people’s needs and risks to their safety and wellbeing. They used these assessments to plan care. Staff had the training and support they needed to provide person-centred care. Staff managed people’s medicines safely.
People were able to make choices about their care. The registered manager regularly contacted people and their relatives to ask for their views.
The provider had effective systems for monitoring and improving the quality of the service.
