At our last assessment, the service was rated requires improvement. The service is
now rated good overall, and good in all domains.

People were protected and kept safe. There were enough staff with the right skills, qualifications and experience and staff received training and support to maintain good quality care. Staff managed medicines and quality monitoring of medicines identified issues which were rectified. People's needs were assessed and care and treatment delivered in line with people's needs. Care delivery we observed was person centred. Care plans were regularly reviewed, and people were referred to local healthcare services as required. Staff followed clinical guidance for people’s care and support. The manager had the skills, knowledge and experience to lead effectively, they did so with openness and honesty. The service had a good learning culture and people could raise concerns. The manager investigated incidents thoroughly. We identified some areas that required attention, including improvements to the environment and that best practice guidance is continually monitored to improve outcomes for people. These were actioned immediately by the provider and the registered manager.
