During an inspection looking at part of the service

We spoke to four people who used the service, two relatives and seven members of staff. Most people were very positive about the care and service they received, and felt that their care needs were being met. One person told us the 'service is excellent, I can't speak too highly of the staff'. Another person said that 'the care they received varied depending on the commitment and attitude of staff'.

People considered that their privacy and dignity is generally respected.

Most people felt that the flexibility of the service is good, and that they get the help they need at the times they need it. One individual did not share this view.

People told us they felt safe, and able to report any concerns they may have to staff or the person in charge.
