During a routine inspection
"My husband requires support with showering and dressing. He is a poorly man and is very proud and private. His carers are wonderful with him and always provide his care with great dignity. They are very respectful. I am fully involved in his care and they always ask me how he has been in between their previous visits".
"In my opinion they are very caring and competent staff. I think they are amazing they work so well together. I always thank them after their visit".
"My wife has had the same group of carers since the service commenced. They all understand her needs so well. They are very caring and patient with her. I am very happy with the service being provided. My wife receives good care and is well looked after".
"The girls have been excellent. The care my wife is receiving could not be better. They are very patient and understanding".
"They seem to be well trained and competent at what they are doing. I couldn't be happier with the support being provided".
"We always get the same group of carers who all know what they are doing. They are very reliable and have never let us down".
