During a routine inspection
Comments include; "I have my own flat and I can choose to spend time on my own, I can invite friends over or spend time as part of the family upstairs".
"My bedroom is painted purple as its my favourite colour".
We were told that people enjoyed living at their placement and liked their family living carers.
One of the people we spoke with said; "I go to an after school gym, dancing, attend a computer club and go to Zumba'.
Another said, I have been on holiday to Turkey, Spain, Tenerife and the Isle of Man.
Both of the people we spoke with said that they felt safe and could talk to their family carers if they had a problem.
The family carers we spoke with said that the agency had been very supportive and that they knew all of the staff including the directors.
The family carers we spoke to confirmed that they did receive both quarterly and annual reviews of the service they were providing.
The people being cared for as part of the family who we spoke with said that they were asked their views and opinions and that they liked their carers and felt able to talk to them.
