During a routine inspection

'Better Lives' is a small service and was supporting approximately 30 adults when we inspected. We found 'Better Lives' to be appropriately and effectively managed. The small team of experienced staff were knowledgeable about the individual needs of the people they supported. We spoke with five people who used their services and they were all very pleased with the standard of care and support provided. One relative commented that the staff were "always very courteous" and that they "do a really good job". Another person said that they were "more than satisfied" and were "impressed" by the scope of support provided for adults with Learning Disabilities.
