During an inspection in response to concerns
"My carers are respectful and I am very pleased with them.'
'My carer is absolutely marvellous. I am well treated!'
'My carers behave in a professional way. They know what they are doing.'
People who use the service indicated that their carers carried out their duties well and they felt safe with their carers. When we discussed safeguarding issues, we noted that the registered manager and her staff were knowledgeable regarding the need to ensure that people who used the service were protected from abuse. They were aware of the procedures to follow when responding to allegations or incidents of abuse.
Staff informed us that they felt supported by their managers and they had been provided with the necessary essential training.
