During a routine inspection

People told us that they were happy with the service they received. They told us they had been given information about the service. One person said they were "well informed" about the service. We noted from people's files that a senior member of staff had visited and completed assessments of needs before people started receiving care.

People told us that their needs were met and they were satisfied with the support they received from the agency. A person said: "I am happy with the service. My daughter likes it too." People felt that staff were "trustworthy" and caring. We noted that staff had training and experience to provide care and support that met people's needs.

The agency had staff in sufficient numbers to ensure people received care that met their needs. We noted that the agency had a complaints procedure and people had been provided with information on how to complain if they were not happy with the service.

During a routine inspection

The parents of children who use the agency made positive comments about the service in the quality questionnaires that the agency sent to them. We did not speak directly to them.

The children and their families are actively involved in daily decision-making about the care and support provided, when it is provided and how. They feel respected and their dignity is observed. They told us staff in the field and office were very approachable, listened to their views, acted on them and delivered the service in a safe way.

The agency are in regular contact, visit them, always ask them what they need and they feel they are getting the service they want. They said it is regularly reviewed, updated and delivered on time.

They found staff friendly, competent and prepared to adapt their working methods to provide a good level quality of service.
