People who use the service told us that the staff who worked at the home always treated them with respect and that they are happy living at the home. They told us that they felt that their privacy was respected and that they feel very safe. People also told us that their choices were listened to about the care that they were provided with.

People who use the service felt that their needs were appropriately assessed and met, and they were provided with the opportunity to participate in activities that were of interest to them.
