During a routine inspection

Patients we spoke to were happy with the care and treatment they had received from the provider. Staff were described as 'friendly', 'kind' and 'experienced'. Everyone said they had been provided with plenty of information about their treatment both before and after surgery and risks and side effects had been explained. All the patients we spoke to were positive about the outcome of surgery and said they had not experienced any pain.
