People's experience of the service

Updated 27 April 2026

At the time of the assessment people being supported by the provider were receiving end-of-life care. Therefore, we spoke to relatives to gain feedback about the service. We also saw examples of compliments which thanked staff and managers for providing compassionate and flexible care.

During feedback, 1 relative said about staff, “We cannot fault them, I would highly recommend them to anyone going through the same thing”, and, “She brought comfort to us and the family, and was able to do anything we asked.” Of the registered manager the same relative said, “He couldn’t be more helpful, he kept us up to date and sent me an email with all the plans.”

A second relative said, “They were absolutely amazing, having the service meant a lot to us, we had not slept for weeks, and we had confidence in the staff to allow us to have a break.” And, “The staff member was so good with my [relative], she looked after him and treated him with respect.”
