During a routine inspection

We did not speak to people on the day we visited the service but we looked at surveys where people gave their views. Regular surveys by the provider showed that people were very satisfied with the information they had received, the choices offered and the way they were treated by staff. People were satisfied with the quality of their care and treatment.

People gave feedback that the environment was clean and hygienic and that they were treated safely by competent staff.
