During a routine inspection

People who used the service told us that staff respected them. One person who used the service said, "I always feel better after I have been here. They do everything possible to make me feel better both in mind and body.' Another person said, "They are very open and honest here and give me all the information I need. This is a great place and I feel safe.'

Care plans were detailed and took account of people's individual needs and how this would be supported and by whom. We saw that the provider took adequate steps to protect the people they cared for and their staff from harm. The provider had adequate quality assurance systems which made sure the safety and comfort of the people they cared for were maintained and any problems quickly resolved.

In this report the name of a registered manager appears who was not in post and not managing the regulatory activities at this location at the time of the inspection. Their name appears because they were still a Registered Manager on our register at the time.
