During a routine inspection
The service assessed and met people's needs and provided person-centred care that reflected individual plans.
People who used the service were able to pursue activities of interest to them. They were encouraged to develop their social skills and to lead independent lives associated with their interests.
Staff worked together with other professionals to meet the health and social needs of people. There were enough qualified, skilled and experienced staff to meet people's needs. The provider had an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people receive.
