At this inspection visit we spoke with two people who used the service. Both people were complimentary about the service and treatment they had received. One person told us 'I have full confidence in the treatment received by the doctor and I would never go anywhere else.'

Care was assessed and delivered in a way that met the needs of people who used the service.

People were given information they needed to make an informed decision about their treatment they were to undergo.

The provider had effective systems in place to assess and monitor the quality of service that people received. The provider may find it useful to note that we found that the electrical installation report dated 2008, recommended that a further inspection take place. We saw no evidence this had happened.

At this inspection visit we spoke with three people who use the service. People told us they were happy with the treatment and service received. Comments included, 'the doctor is fabulous, I would not go anywhere else,' 'I am very pleased with the treatment' and 'the doctor is very professional.'

All the people we spoke with told us that treatments were explained to them and consent was obtained from them before they received any treatment.

People we spoke with told us they had no concerns with the service and have had no reason to make complaints.

We saw maintenance records with showed that portable appliances testing was last carried out July 2008 and the last gas safety check was undertaken May 2005. This did not ensure the health and safety of people using the service.
