During a routine inspection

All the people using the service have communication difficulties, so detailed comments from them about the service that they experience for each Outcome were not always available. However people using the service could provide us with 'yes' and 'no' answers to some questions that we asked about the quality of the service that they received. People answered 'yes' when asked; if the food was nice, if they liked their bedroom, if the house was kept clean, if they saw a doctor when they were ill, if they felt safe, and if they could choose what they wanted to do and eat. People also provided us with short comments. These included 'the staff are nice', 'I liked my birthday party', and 'I have help with my shower'.

Staff know the people using the service well. They told us that they fully involve people in decisions about their care and support, and worked hard to ensure that people received the service that they wanted from Dimensions 54 Beechcroft Gardens.
