During a routine inspection

People said that they were treated with kindness and their choices were respected. They said that they received the support and medical care they needed and that they felt safe. They liked the meals they were helped to prepare. People were confident that if they had a complaint it would be acted upon and they thought that they had a say on improvements to the support they received.
