During a routine inspection
We saw that people looked comfortable and not distressed and that the staff treated them with dignity and respect.
One person with whom we spoke told us that the staff at Shiels Court are good at looking after them and that they are happy with their care.
Staff with whom we spoke told us that they knew each of the people living in Shiels Court well and how to support them.
