During an assessment under our new approach
Date of inspection: 5 October 2026
Dr Skin Surgery Ltd is a GP led independent clinic located in 3 sites (Farnham Common, Chesham and Beaconsfield) in Buckinghamshire.
The clinic was founded by a GP with a special interest and qualifications in dermatology, throughout the report they are referred to as the clinician. Dr Skin Surgery Ltd provides a small range of minor surgery treatments for people (children and adults) that come under scope of regulation of the Care Quality Commission (CQC), including the treatment and removal of benign skin lesions, skin tags, warts, seborrheic keratosis, dermatofibroma, cysts, lipomas and keloid scar treatment. The clinic also provides treatment for hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating).
These treatments are given via pre-bookable appointments. Patients attend an initial consultation, where a treatment plan is discussed and agreed, and then they are booked in for treatment at a later date.
Dr Skin Surgery Ltd registered with the CQC in December 2022. This is the first rated inspection as part of our regulatory functions.
