Good

Raychantpat Ltd is a domiciliary care agency that provides personal care to people living in their own homes. At the time of the assessment, 45 people were receiving support with personal care. Not everyone who used the service received personal care. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) only inspects where people receive personal care, this includes support with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating.

This assessment took place between 6 October 2025 and 22 October 2025; we visited the service office on 6 October 2025. During the inspection we assessed all the quality statements under the key questions of safe, effective, caring, responsive and well led. This was the first assessment of the service. At the time of the assessment there was a manager in post who was registered with CQC.

People had personal and environmental care plans and risk assessments in place. Staff followed safeguarding procedures and demonstrated an understanding of how to raise concerns both internally and externally. There were systems to review incidents and accidents. Staff received induction, training andsupervision. Recruitment processes were safe. No concerns were raised around infection control or medicines management.

People’s needs were assessed, and care was delivered in line with these needs. People’s care needs were monitored, and concerns were escalated as needed. People and their relatives spoke positively about the kind and caring nature of staff. Staff shared the providers goal of providing high quality, person-centred care. One staff member said, “I respect people’s dignity and the clients wishes. Making sure that all the care I give to the client is chosen by them.”

There were systems in place to monitor the quality and safety of the service. The provider worked well with other healthcare professionals, and we received positive feedback. The provider has a vision for the service and staff understood this. All staff were very positive about their employment at the service and the support they received from the provider.

People's experience of the service

Updated 23 September 2025

We spoke with 22 people who used who used the service as part of our assessment. We also spoke with 15 members of staff. This included the provider who was also the registered manager, and 14 care staff. We received feedback from 3 health and social care professionals.

People and their relatives told us they felt safe and well cared for by the service. They described receiving support from regular care staff who were familiar and understood their individual needs.

We received positive feedback from people who consistently described staff as respectful, competent, and compassionate. One person commented, “I am very happy with all aspects of the care. The carers are lovely.” Relatives also expressed confidence in the care team and the provider. Feedback from both people and their relatives reflected a consistent theme of satisfaction and trust in the service. A relative said, “Everyone in the company, whatever their role, is so responsive to whatever might be requested.”

We received some mixed feedback about people having access to their records which we communicated to the provider. People were supported to make choices and maintain as much independence as possible.
