During a routine inspection
We spoke to health and social care professionals and were told that they were very happy with the care on offer in the home; one told us "they are excellent'. We were told the home cares for people well and followed care instructions. West Sussex social services, who fund the majority of people in the home told us they had not been consulted in decisions about moving people to different rooms.
We found the home to be malodorous on the day and this was confirmed by three professionals and by one relative. One other professional and one relative said they had not noticed an odour.
