Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity
a. The registered person must not provide personal care to any new service user without the prior written agreement of the Care Quality Commission . This includes any emergency or temporary packages of care for service users, any reinstatements of previous service users, or where service users require personal care
b. The registered person must provide copies of complete auditing records to the Care Quality Commission on a monthly basis for 3 months . The first audit to be received by 12pm 19 December 2025 and thereafter at 12pm on the last Friday of January 2026 and February 2026. The detail of the audits are:
(i). Audit of service user care plans and risk assessments. This must highlight clinical risk, align to service users’ outcomes and address any need for staff training and support.
(ii). Audit of medicines administration records. This must evaluate if all medicines are being administered as prescribed. Where errors have been noted this must be recorded with action taken and address any need for staff training and support.
(iii). Audit of record of calls. This must include the service user's’ preferred call time to meet their needs, the planned calls time, the actual call times delivered and any missed visits or late visits.
c. An overarching action plan detailing all roles and responsibilities for improvement across the leadership team. There should be named responsible individuals with clear dates when improvements will be achieved.
