Beatitude Care Ltd is a care agency providing support to people living in their own homes. The service was registered with CQC on 8 November 2022, and this was the first assessment. The service has been rated good.
Staff cared for people in a safe way. The registered manager assessed risks to their safety and wellbeing. People were involved in taking positive risks and remaining as independent as possible, when this was safe for them. People received their medicines safely and as prescribed.
There were enough suitable staff to meet people’s needs and keep them safe. Staff undertook a range of training. Staff felt well supported and had access to managers who supervised and guided them.
The registered manager assessed, planned for and monitored people’s needs with them and their relatives. People consented to their care and were able to make choices.
Staff were kind, supportive and polite. People were treated as individuals and experienced personalised care. People were given information about the service. They were able to contribute their views, and these were valued.
There were effective systems for monitoring and improving the quality of the service. These included learning when things went wrong and acting on feedback from people, their relatives and staff.
