During an inspection in response to concerns
They were in the process of recruiting two new staff to make sure they have staff with the right knowledge, experience, qualifications and skills to support people who use the service. Interviews had taken place and suitable candidates were being asked to attend a second interview.
The manager said they would notify CQC of important changes they had made to the service and send in registration applications, which included a registered manager's application before they start providing any regulated activities.
