The Registered Provider must not treat any service user that requires treatment
under conscious sedation without the prior written agreement and consultation
between the Care Quality Commission.

The Registered Provider must ensure that staff have the appropriate level of
training in particular regards to
a) sedation procedures in line with 'Standards for Conscious Sedation in the
Provision of Dental Care 2015'
This condition can be removed once we are satisfied that you have rectified your
non-compliance with the requirements of the regulations set out in the remainder of
this notice.
