The assessment was conducted remotely between 1 September and 14 September 2025, and we did not visit the office. Success point associated Ltd Bradford is a domiciliary care agency registered to provide personal care to people in their own homes. This was the first assessment of the service.

At the time of the assessment, five people were receiving support with personal care. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) only inspects services where personal care is provided this includes assistance with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where applicable, any wider social care provided is also considered.

The service had a manager registered with the Care Quality Commission, meaning both the manager and the provider are legally responsible for how the service is run and for the quality and safety of the care provided.

People were treated with kindness and compassion. Staff offered choice and encouraged independence throughout. Staff had completed safeguarding training.

Care plans were appropriate and showed people’s required needs and support.

Medicine management were in place and staff had completed training in this.

Effective governance systems were in place.

People and relatives were happy with the care they or their loved one received. Comments included, “Staff treat me with respect and kindness, and I feel safe” and “Staff are kind, caring, and respectful. They protect my privacy, for example by knocking before entering.” One relative told us, “Staff are incredibly kind, patient, and caring.” Staff explained that [name] has the right to agree to or refuse any care. They always ask “[Name], are you ready for your wash now before starting.”
