During a routine inspection
One person showed us their room and told us that he had chosen the colour of the walls and the pictures and was looking forward to the refurbishment of the en-suite shower room.
One person said that they were unhappy in the home and wanted to move, we saw that staff were supportive with this person.
People told us that they liked the staff and that they helped and supported them.
