During an assessment under our new approach
This assessment took place on 7 April 2025. Inspire Care Agencies Limited is a care at home agency that provides personal care to people living in their own homes. CQC only inspects where people are receiving the regulated activity personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we consider any wider social care provided.
At the time of this inspection 23 people were receiving support with personal care. This was the first inspection since this service registered with CQC. This service had a registered manager (RM) in place.
The provider and RM worked hard to ensure people received a high standard of care and support. We received positive feedback about the service and the way the service was managed. People were treated as individuals, the RM and staff understood people’s values, preferences and individual personalities and care was tailored to meet people’s needs.
Staff were safely recruited and received training and supervision to enable them to provide care safely. Staff felt encouraged and supported and spoke highly of the RM. Telling us, “The management are very positive, they highlight what is working well, how things can be improved and encourage us to give ideas.”
Care plans and risk assessments were completed and reviewed regularly. People and their relatives had the opportunity to feed back about care and felt involved in decisions about how care was provided.
There were governance systems in place to continually assess and review the service.
