During an inspection in response to concerns
West Sussex Adult services who have been monitoring the service informed us that there are improvements in the way people are cared for in the home.
A relative commented that she is very happy with the care offered in the home, is consulted on her mothers care, that complaints are listened to, that there is nutritious varied food and she is aware of accurate and up to date records.
A pharmacist spoken to stated medicines are handled safely in the home.
West Sussex adult services have found improvements in the care offered in the home.
