During a routine inspection

Residents at Blackley premier care told us that they were being cared for and supported well at the home. They said staff treated them kindly, with respect and maintained their dignity, especially when personal care was being given. Any concerns or issues are said to be promptly responded to by the management team. The general view was that the food provided was of a good standard and that the home was clean, warm and comfortable.
