During an inspection in response to concerns
Some people told us that they go out and get the things they need and do the things they want to. Other people said they didn't get out much. Some people said there could be more for them to do.
People generally made positive comments about the food, confirming that they have a choice.
People said they feel safe living at the home.
Most people feel that the home is always clean. One person said staff spend too long cleaning which stops them spending time with people who use the service.
People told us they have all they need in their rooms and are happy with where they sit in the lounge and like to use the garden when the weather is good.
People are aware of how to make a complaint and generally said they feel listened to when they raise issues.
