During a routine inspection
We spent time speaking with the training and development manager, care coordinators, care workers and examining records. We looked at how the agency managed complaints and saw that they kept a record of all complaints and concerns.
We looked at a sample of care plans and found they contained an assessment of the persons care needs and clear guidance for care workers.
We looked at how the agency monitored the quality of the service they provided. We saw completed questionnaires from people who used the agency.
We looked at maintenence records that showed service contracts were in place for equipment in the office such as the training hoist, photocopier, kitchen equipment and computers.
