During a routine inspection

People we spoke with were positive about living in Oakland's House. Four people told us that they liked living in the home, and that they liked the staff, the manager, the food and their bedrooms. One person told us he felt safe in the home and two people compared this home to another care home and said this was so much better. One person told us that he thought the service provided was five star.
