During a routine inspection

People in the home and their relatives were very complimentary about the care and support they received. One person said 'Everyone's good we don't think of them as staff, they're like friends. If you want a cup of tea they just provide one. The food is excellent, there's no problem with being here at all. They're very patient ' they have to be!' Another person told us 'The staff are all very friendly, I can't speak too highly of them. I'm very happy here'. A relative was full of praise for the service and said 'The home is wonderful, they are really caring'.
