Woodside Resource Centre
This care home is run by two companies: Care UK Community Partnerships Ltd and Care UK Care Services Limited. These two companies have a dual registration and are jointly responsible for the services at the home.
We have removed an inspection report for Woodside Resource Centre from 5 September 2017. The removal of the report is not related to the provider or the quality of this service. We found an issue with some of the information gathered by an individual who supported our inspection. We will reinspect this service as soon as possible and publish a new inspection report.
