Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to patients.

We spoke with 4 patients. They told us they could access appointments as needed, how welcoming, friendly and helpful staff are, they are given options and information for treatment and to support them with their oral health.

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

We were provided with a survey of 27 patients from January and February 2026. All 27 were extremely likely or likely to recommend the practice to friends or family. Comments included:

“Very happy with my treatment”,

“Really friendly and made me feel at ease”,

“Very happy with my treatment today, staff are caring and professional”.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality
