During a routine inspection
Both people confirmed that they had a consultation prior to treatment and that the side effects of treatment was clearly explained to them. They told us that they were provided with example photographs of before and after treatment. Both people told us that they were happy with the service provided.
We found that there was a sufficient number of suitably qualified, skilled and experienced staff to provide care. We found that the staffing levels were flexible dependent on service demand which meant that people did not need to wait for treatment.
The service had effective ways of monitoring the quality of the service. We noted that there was information in the reception area for people to provide feedback about the service at any time. The service regularly undertook surveys of people who use the service to establish how the service could improve.
