During a routine inspection
The manager is registered with the Care Quality Commission and a copy of their certificate is on display in the reception area of the offices.
We carried out our inspection at the offices for the location. Staff told us they offer diagnostics services within health clinics, GP surgeries and hospitals in local community settings.
We looked at computer records. Reports relating to procedures were seen. We saw documentation relating to patient checks for Treatment Cycles, there was evidence of diary logs for treatments. Consent forms were stored within the electronic records.
During our inspection we spoke with four members of staff. All confirmed they received up to date training relevant to their role. One person told us 'I am up to date with my training and mandatory training'. Another person commented 'I am put onto training when it is needed'.
We saw that the patient satisfaction questionnaire information was inputted in to the computer and percentages for performance were generated.
We asked staff to tell us how they would deal with complaints. One person told us 'I would ask what the problem was, try to deal with it if not I would go to my manager and log it'.
