During an inspection in response to concerns

People told us that they were happy with the care at the home. They said that they were well cared for and that the staff were friendly and supportive.

However, on our visit we found a number of concerns with the requirements relating to workers, staffing and supporting workers. For these areas we have asked for immediate improvement.
