During a routine inspection
Although people who live at the home were not able to tell us about their experiences records showed that their care needs were mostly met. Some of the staff we spoke to know people's likes and dislikes well.
We found the atmosphere at the home relaxed and calm. We saw the staff supporting people to make choices about what they did and where they spent their time.
