During an inspection in response to concerns
- The care we get here is brilliant.
- The care is very good.
- I'm confident I'd be able to raise concerns, but have had no reason to complain.
- The staff are polite and courteous, they are very, very nice people.
- The food is good.
- The staff come to you as quickly as they can, they have to put up with a lot.
- They (the staff) are safety conscious, asking if you're alright all the time.
- I get up when I want to.
