During an inspection to make sure that the improvements required had been made

We were unable to find out what the people at the home thought about the outcomes we looked at during this review as many had complex needs. We therefore looked at their records, looked around the building, spoke to staff and the manager of the home.

Inspection carried out on 25 January 2011

During a routine inspection

As some of the people at the home had complex needs, it was difficult for us to find out what some people thought of the service. All the people we spoke to said that they liked living at the home. One person, when asked if they enjoyed the activities that day, said “yes” another said “some days I don’t”.
