During a routine inspection
People using the service were encouraged to be physically active. We observed a small group of people taking part in an armchair activity session. All of the people that had participated in the activity said they had really enjoyed it.
A visitor said she had visited the home over the past three years and always found the staff very welcoming and respectful to people using the service and visitors.
