During an inspection in response to concerns

People told us they were involved in decisions about their care and support. People said they were 'satisfied or very satisfied with the service received'. One said 'we've had two previous agencies and this one seems on the ball, we were pleasantly surprised'. Care records had information to make sure people received consistent care as they had agreed. People were generally more than happy with the service received and felt able to speak with anyone who works for Team Medical if there was a problem. People's records were held securely.

The agency works well with health and social care professionals to make sure people's care is coordinated. People felt safe using the service. They said the standards of hygiene and infection control used by staff was good. People received care and support from a small team of staff who were not rushed when visiting people's homes.

Staff said that people had the equipment they needed to make sure they were safe. "I have not enjoyed working for a company so much as I do this one, I get regular training and having the out of hours service to contact now is good".
