During a routine inspection

People living at the home told us they felt safe living there and that staff were always available when they needed them.

People we spoke with told us they were involved in making decisions about the way they lived their lives and the support they received. They felt the staff always respected their privacy and dignity.

People told us that liked living at Russettings.

During an inspection in response to concerns

People said that staff respond promptly when they ring for assistance. People told us that they are treated well, and enjoy the outings, activities and entertainments which take place.

One person said she was 'generally happy here. Help is there when you need it'.

One person was concerned that not all staff were assisting her with lifts and moves in a way that was comfortable for her.
