During an inspection in response to concerns

We visited Regents Court during the night arriving at 00.30am. As a result we only briefly saw a couple of people using the service as most people were sleeping. We saw a limited amount of interactions between staff and people residing at the home. Staff were seen to be polite and courteous.

During an inspection in response to concerns

We undertook a visit to Regents Court. Nobody at the service knew we were going to visit. People living at the home did not tell us of any concerns or worries they had regarding the care they receive.
