During a routine inspection
People told us that they knew how to raise any concerns and were confident they would be listened to. A visiting family member told us, 'We have never had to make a complaint as any minor issue we raise is always dealt with immediately.'
When we looked around the home we saw people's rooms were clean and suitably furnished. People had been able to personalise their rooms and bring in small items of their own furniture if they wished.
All of the people we spoke with were complimentary about the staff with one person commenting, 'You can't fault the staff, every single one of them are so kind.'
