We spoke with the home's manager, and other staff, who told us how they had dealt with the shortfalls we found at our last review.

During an inspection looking at part of the service

Service users and relatives told us that they were, on the whole, happy with the care and support offered to them.

Concerns were expressed about staffing levels, and staff working long hours to cover sickness absence.

A staff member was complimentary about the manager and the discipline he has brought to the service.
