During a routine inspection
People with whom we spoke did not raise any concerns about the care they received from staff. They were positive about the staff working for the agency and comments people made included 'My carer is completely trustworthy', 'Excellent', 'They cope with the work with great ease' and 'They are very professional ' they have been doing this work for a long time'. They all felt the staff had the skills and knowledge needed to provide their care.
Comments from a recent quality assurance questionnaire completed by the agency included 'I could not ask for a better carer', 'They do a fantastic job' and 'They are wonderful'.
